  11. I did a week of half coffee and half decaf. And then I went to decaf. It was hard. But I'm so glad now that I got that monkey off my back. Just one more benefit. And one less thing to worry about.

  13. Hi there! I have done that a couple of times too. Mostly just out of habit I stop thinking and just eat. I haven't puked. But felt pretty uncomfortable. Fortunately it seems to go away and I am fine the rest of the day.

  15. November 21st for me and all is well. I have been exercising everyday. Walking in a little bit of running. Swimming and very light weights. I hit a stall since December 5th and I think I'm coming out of it fingers crossed! Highest weight 340 surgery weight 325 current weight 292.

  17. I found that I can stand them if I dilute with water. About half and half. The sugar free protein drinks I would cut with caffeine free coffee. Still not great but at least doable.
  18. Well hello sleeve brother! My surgery was also 11-21. Started 325, as of yesterday 293.
