    I've heard stories that Kaiser is a PITA as far as allowing surgery as they require you to jump through impossible hoops. Keep your chin up.     Hi, my name is Amy and I'm a lap band to VGS conversion. I've had the LB since 7/05 and it's been virtually useless for me as I've never been able to tolerate even the smallest of fills.
