I also has gastric bypass on 11/21/2016, and I feel as though I have been losing very slowly. I was hoping to get an update on where some of you are at right now. On the morning of my surgery I weighed 280.4, and today I weigh 262.8. That's a loss of 17.6 pounds in 7 weeks. I lost 15 pounds on my 2-week pre-op liquid diet, and now it has taken me 7 weeks to lose that same amount of weight again.
I am starting to get a little depressed when I hear other people's dramatic weight loss stories, and I have also felt like I only have a very short window for this "honeymoon" period, and I am not having a great honeymoon so far! I know everyone's body is different and all that, but the bottom line is - we wouldn't have gone through all this if we didn't want and need to lose a lot of weight...
