Thanks TeaQueen and Golden Barbie! I'd already known I'd made the mistake so your support was extremely helpful. Went to the movie theatre with family today and didn't even care about the popcorn! Yesterday's bump in the road and the guilt I felt was enough of a lesson for me!!

I'm struggling. Four days out from surgery and NOTHING sounds even appealing. Have gotten 8 oz of Water in. Sips of Tomato Soup, Protein shakes and unsweetened applesauce. I've been told it has to be liquid...sipped thru a straw until 12/28. Pounds are falling off but I'm scared about too little Protein and Water. Would love any suggestions/recommendations.....
