  2. Just make sure youre getting all of your Protein and Water in, oh and your Vitamins too..... You'll be fine. I was like that the first few weeks. But once I began my soft foods/pureed phase... all the worries went out the window. Wishing you the best of luck on your journey. I'm now just about 6 weeks post op. and I'm feeling amazing.   3. I'm not too sure, but from what I understand through my own medical insurance (Kaiser), they will cover the tummy tuck because all the saggy skin is a risk for infections. They don't cover arms or boobs. Sent from my SM-N930V using the BariatricPal App

  18. I'm the same way. I'm 4 weeks post op. No issues in my 2 week liquid phase, no issues in my 2 week soft foods/pureed phase. Getting my Protein and Water havent been an issue either.   25. I am only 10 days out of surgery and luckily haven't started losing hair yet. From my understanding around the 3 to 6 month post surgery , the hair loss is inevitable. Our body is in extreme shock due to the rapid weight loss. There will be hairloss on a whole other level, like clumps of it. However, this doesn't last forever, within a few months of losing some of your hair, you should start seeing regrowth and within a year you should have some of your beautiful locks back. JUST MAKE SURE TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR Protein AND NECESSARY Vitamins. Sent from my SM-N930V using the BariatricPal App
