  1. So I had my RNY on 11/30. Surgery went well, recovery going ok...... I've lost 11 pounds so far. Unfortunately I know for a fact I haven't been meeting my Water or my Protein goals. It's been so hard...i honestly feel full...all the time. I also have fears of stretching out my tummy. Idk im all over the place lol Sent from my SM-N930V using the BariatricPal App
  2. I'm 9 days post op. And I'm having the same problem. I can't get enough Protein or Water. I'm just so full. When i do try to get anywhere past 50g for protein I just start feeling sluggish and nauseated. Sent from my SM-N930V using the BariatricPal App
