  4. Help...I am 4 weeks post surgery and have lost about 30 lbs but I am hungry all of the time. I am on stage 3 which is 2 x 2oz protein meals and 2 protein shakes daily. Does anyone else have this problem? Oh and I am also craving carbs!

  6. Thank you. You look great and you have given me new inspiration. I was 260lbs at surgery nov 30th. Today I am 239lbs.   8. I thought it was just me. I have the same problem. 3 weeks post op and I have only lost the original 18lbs in week 1, 5lbs week 2 and 1lb have wsy thru week 3. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App
