need help with pre op menus

I really need help finding good pre op diet foods. I walk into the supermarket and my mind goes blank... <_<

    What is allowed on your preop diet? Not all are the same. I don't want to say something like, you should buy a lot of chicken breast only to find out you are only allowed liquids.
