I'm glad to see it gets better!! Today has been just very uncomfortable. I've never had acid reflux or anything but all day I have felt like something is stuck! I want a cup of milk so bad and my head is killing me.

Thank you for that very instructional post, not sure why you thought you had to school me on carbonation. I'm just looking to encourage and be encouraged not be drilled down like you did.
