CocoNina That's great! Just give me your weekly weigh in's and I will post them on the sheet!

MrsHutto143 Is your weigh in of 184 correct because if so you lost 11 pounds! that is nothing to scoff at! It's so great to buy smaller clothes! I started at a size 38 and was just able to buy a size 24!!

RockDaisy You are steadily going down! You will be in onederland in no time!

Yeah, even though today I'm up two pounds. Your size loss is awesome. It really is great buying smaller clothes!

  2. Hi
As far as me, I have been a little better. I am only vomiting maybe once or twice a week now. I've been eating a lot of nuts lately which ironically has helped. I can still only eat about 2 tsp worth of food regardless of what it is. Unfortunately I'm allergic to Reglan and Erythromycin so other than Domperidone I dont have many rx choices. I have noticed that ginger gum seems to help also. I hope that you continue to recover well.

  3. That is one HECK of a NSV!!! (nonscale victory) These are some of the things that keep us goin g for sure!! I can personally say that wouldn't work for me because my hubby has always way outweighed me. But he had his Sleeve surgery and is losing great now! When we got married (I was 17 and he was 23) I weighed 135#'s and he weighed 350. He made me feel so tiny. LOL I did get scared at my highest weight. I got as high as 285#'s. I thought you better do something or you will catch up to him. LOL Something like so many others I fought my weight all of my adult life. Thankfully I got my WLS July 2, 2013. I have maintained my 124# loss for 3 years now. I can't wait for him to get his weight off so we can begin to live life again. Way to go on your weight loss!! KEEP ON KEEPING ON!!

Congrats on your success and good luck to him on his journey.

  4. That's awesome! I currently workout at planet fitness and orange theory. 9Round seems pretty cool! Do you mind me asking how much it is per month and are you committed to a specific time frame to keep your membership?

I can cancel at anytime with no extra fee. It's $59 a month which is a little pricey, but you can go as many times a day as you want and you always have a trainer available. My husband who is in pretty good shape left wanting to throw up, lol. They push you hard and help motivate you the entire way. Hands down, the hours I would spend at a gym myself doesnt even come close to the 30 min workout with them. They let you try it for free, give it a try. I just cancelled with PF and was actually looking at orangetheory too, lol.

  5. So I'm not much of a workout fanatic. I'm actually pretty lazy, but today I signed up at 9Round and I have to say. That was the best 30 min workout of my life. I felt like death afterwards, but within 20 mins I had more energy than I've had in weeks. For anyone like me who's normally lazy and makes excuses, just keep looking. You will find something that works for you!
