I had my surgery yesterday. They were not kidding about the nausea when you wake up. Prepare yourself now. I was sick the entire 9 months with both of my kids (hyper emesis), but the nausea from the surgery makes that pale in comparison. My incisions hurt pretty badly when I have to get out of bed. But, I know this will all be worth it in the end.

Mine is scheduled for Dec 8th! And I am insanely nervous, excited, and just a whole lot of emotion rolled into one!

My sleeve surgery is Thursday and I start my Clear liquids tomorrow. I'm having a bunch of emotions right now. I feel like a hot mess. I'm so excited for new beginnings, but I'm also insanely nervous and anxious.

Oh my gosh, me too! I have been absolutely miserable these past few days. I was sleeved on the 8th. My mom, who had the lapband, said it's probably due to detoxing all the yuck foods out of our systems. I feel like I'm on a bit of an upswing today. It's been really hard for me to get all of my Protein in too. I fill up so quickly.
