Smooth Move tea is AMAZING! Its in the tea section at the grocery store and can somtimes be found in K-cups. I had my doubts because its a 'natural' product but ive tried all of the things above and this is my fav:)

I too was having the pain in my stomach when I would drink. I asked the dr. And he said I was either drinking too much or too fast. So I have slowed down considerably, and it seems to be better. I am 5 days out!

Same thing happened to me until my husband pointed out I should probably drink everything room temperature for a while. Worked!

That was taken 12-05-2016 which makes me about 6 days post-op now. I am doing well, have dropped a few but still trying to make sure I'm doing everything right. I was 333 at the start of my process back in the summer and 326 on surgery day. Today I weigh in at 311... long road ahead... excited to be on this journey!!
