I had vsg and my hernia fixed went home the same day you def need someone to help you for a couple of days the next day I had to go back for my swallow test everything was fine no complications

I was the same way hang in there you will feel better it's part of this process for some of us took me about a month to be back to my old self now I feel fine and excited about my new life

I'm dying for a cocktail I'm almost 3 months post op but I'm waiting till 6 months just what I put in my head but I've seen people drink sooner and there fine my dr says 1 year but a girl in his office had the sleeve and said she started drinking after 3 months and she said she had no problem

Started with a BMI of 35 my start weight was 181. Now I'm 147 had stalls along the way but I'm happy with my progress 2 months 18 days post op I'm 5"1

Never I just eat until im full which does not take much food 2 months 18 days post op and I'm on track loosing weight .

Yes every night it was a habit I had pre surgery I'd eat dinner than just eat till I went to bed so now I try not to but I do I'll have a sugar free popsicle /skinny popcorn 1 cup 43 calories a sugar free fudgesicle or half high Protein English muffin with PB2 Peanut Butter

My doctor told me to take 2000mcg a day of Biotin my sister in laws doctor told her to take more can anyone please tell me what you are taking daily we both had the sleeve done [emoji851]

I would say the first 2-3 weeks were my worst then every day started to feel better I'm 51/2 months out and feel great u will get there I had major pain post op (had hernia fixed at same time) then I was soooo tired all the time with a little depression I'm over it and feel happy and healthy [emoji4]hang in there soon it will pass
