I use the myfitnesspal but I don't know anything about macros I may need to educate myself I did just now finally switch back over to solid food from the Soups and stuff I wasn't ready before

It's been nearly 10 days since my loss has in creased... I do work out and just started eating solid food again is this something normal my surgery was jan30

Some days are a struggle though and I know I know slips are made not constant mistakes just the learning ones

Me either but I have read some things people have eaten or drank alcohol soon after and such ... I needed to know some people didn't gonthrough a major surgery like we did just do have the same behaviors ....Faith on people thank you [emoji16]

So went back got another perception of antibiotics and another refill to take for after sex ..... and also learned one thing that my urine is very acidic I keep trying to hold it cause it burns... therefore making my problem worse...so hydrating is key period

So should I just keep pushing my fluids or necessary to go back to the dr

So about 2 weeks ago went to the Dr with a uti it was in a Friday got antibiotics went on my way...monday came I was resistant to the one they gave me one as prescribed another... now my symptoms never completely went away and are back full force I'm in pain... have another Dr apt at 345 ...has this happened to anyone before is it because of my Water intake or what do you think? Little more than 5 weeks post op

I spent 4 days instead of 1 because my surgeon said if he released me before I was drinking enough I would just be right back for dehydration

I was sleeved 1/30 I randomly get funny rumbles and huccups

They don't count the surgery day weight most of the time and good work

Since day 4 when I went home just to too deep of water

And I always hit stalls on everything before like my body just adjust... diet and exercise are both hand in hand... but for just weight you could stop doing much weights limit carbs stay under 20 to 30 carbs a day and NO sugar

For me short term fix but the carbs were way more crucial my preop diet I lost 14lbs in 1.5 weeks ...if your not sure about surgery wait till you are but I'm so so so happy I didn't let my cold feet get in the way

I know we are supposed to take the Vitamins religiously but I noticed my weight loss stopped when I was taking them...I stopped and started losing again I am 4 weeks post op

My husband offered to stay he did come visit but I was there 4 days you may find you can motivate yourself to get up and move more without them they love us and if they see us in pain of course they want to help but this situation kinda requires us to push ourselves some

Yea I constantly keep Water on me I try to always be drinking plain water or crystal light

I guess I should have included my preop was 15 days

I just called...mine was resistant to the antibiotic given so about to head to the pharmacy and pick up another.... I go back to work Friday I can't do it like this
