Hello, I am 8 months post op and at around 3 months post op I started losing my hair for about 2 months. It finally started growing back but now at 8 months I am losing my hair again!!! Is there something I can do? I am already taking pills and using Shampoo to help. I didn't think it was gonna happen again

I am feeling good so far, I do have my moments though. I can't do Protein Shakes, they make me sick. My latest problem is really bad breath. Looked it up and saw a lot of things about ketosis?? Anyone know anything about this?? Don't need my husband complaining anymore about it.....

I am certainly no medical professional on this but some things that have helped me (well I think they helped).
1) smooth team, I drank a cup in the evening before bed and in the morning all sorted out. Seems a kinder alternative to miralax
2) reduced my red meat consumption
3) upped my Water intake (My Dr says this is key)
4) Quest bars, high in Protein and fibre low in carbs, I really think this hit of fibre really keeps me going
Did you mean Smooth Tea?

I was sleeved in April and was doing good with mostly everything until about a month or so ago I had the worst Constipation I have ever had. I called my Drs. office they prescribed Miralax which I started taking daily at the time. Plus I got milk of magnesium which helps tremendously too. I finally got over that episode and started to be regular again, not taking the Miralax all the time and then bam!!! I get another episode. I do have to say that taking the Miralax and the milk of magnesium together worked really fast. About 15-20 Minutes. So it won't be a week long episode like my last one. Can someone please tell me why these just happen out of nowhere? Do I really need to take Miralax almost every day? Suggestions please and sorry for the gross topic [emoji15]

Was sleeved on April 10th, feeling nauseous and just blah. Called the Drs office, they said that I am most likely dehydrated. I am having a hard time getting my fluids in and also my Protein Shakes are very hard for me to stomach. I thought that I was doing good, then all of a sudden I hit a wall. I just want to feel good again!!

No changes in diet that I know of, always stress. Gotta see a back surgeon for a herniated disc. So I've been in alot of pain.
