oh wow sorry to hear this news, I was just abt to ask how long does it take bcbs to approveI'm sure it's just nerves, and i was told with BCBS it takes longer than most other insurance companies, but I'm going nucking futs. Had my initial dr appt in Dec, nut appt Jan 10th, and psych eval Jan 16th.... trying to wait patiently.... i estimated the max of 6 wks being Feb 27th.... 4 wks being Feb 13th. I called BCBS yesterday, and they said my status is still pending.... anybody in this boat with me?

Hey everyone I truly thank everyone for your input on mines and it's seems like a few of you are in this too... I went to my other dr today and I was at 233 lbs so that put my bmi at 40 yayyyy!!!! I just hope that's the case when I go to my last nutrition visit on Thursday, thanks again everyone and wish you all success on your journey

Dr just called and said I don't have sleep apnea or any other stuff that would qualify me for surgery....BUT...my bmi is 39.1 and if it gets to 40 by my next visit then I would qualify, what I to do???
