How to shrink my pouch

I will be 1 month on Monday but I've only managed 20 lbs down.

It been 1 month today... yay!!!!! Working on me doing what's best for me. Sw: 232 cw:206 surgery date 3/27/17

I think this is normal at this time bcs I'm 3 1/2 weeks out and I'm feeling the same way, well I was up until maybe Thursday or Friday, the last two days I been fine walking 2.5 miles today felt great, but then as soon as I sat down I fell asleep for like 2 hrs.

Looking for another ice cream that I can eat besides sugar free pops

So sorry to hear of this news, just keep your head up it will happen in do time

I am 18 days post op, have anyone had ice cream besides the sugar free pops?

Depends on how far out you are.
I had to sip the cups on day one and 2. Now I can drink a whole one with no problem...I don't gulp it down, I still drink slowly.
im only a week out, but I see a difference. Instead of taking one hour + for my Protein shake, I can do it in 45 minutes. Lol

So when you drink the 1 once cups do you just sip them until finish or do yo drink it all and wait 15 min to do it again...Help
