  1. Well that's a lot better than my numbers! Not cheating and only lost 10lbs post-op. Really disappointed.

Don't lose hope! My sister was sleeved 8 months ago and lost over 100lbs this definitely works but stalls are part of the process! It's definitely frustrating but I'm still walking everyday and eating what I'm suppose to because eventually the stall will break stay positive!!!

  2. I've been stalled for awhile... I had 2 good weeks totaling about 17 pounds and since then I've been going back and forth with the same one or two pounds. I've been running, eating carefully, etc. but that scale just won't budge! I think I'm losing some inches but still...

Literally on the same boat! Lost 18lbs my first week and been going back & forth with the same 2-3 pounds since [emoji30]

  3. Hey ladies, I'm 28 years old & I've been dealing with PCOS for 10 years now. I was sleeved 4/24 with high hopes that it will relieve my PCOS symptoms, regulate my cycle and allow me to have a baby in the near future!

Although I am only 2 weeks post op I will say my hidradenitis suppurativa has improved tremendously! And so has the acne on my face.

If only there were a permanent fix for the facial hair [emoji30]

  4. I just have to say, when I first read 'Adam & Eve', I thought 'they make apple juice? '. So I googled it and found out, no they don't, but Apple & Eve do, hahaha. Thanks for the laugh and I'm glad you found something you like to drink!

Lmao haha I didn't even realize I put Adam and Eve [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

  5. Found something that's been working for me the last few days and I've been able to get in at least 30oz of liquid with only being 1 week post op I think thats great.

Adam&Eve 100% apple juice with no sugar added. It's about 22 grams of sugar in the whole bottle but I dilute it with Water otherwise it's way to sweet. I do about 1/2 cup apple juice and 1/2 cup of water and it taste just perfect.

This works for me, if it doesn't work for you I hope you find something that will soon!

  6. I don't know if you like cranberry juice, but the first four days, until I could drink Water easily again, I was drinking Ocean Spray's Diet cranberry juice. I wouldn't say it was the best stuff on the planet but it helped with the bladder to recover after surgery and it's only 5 calories for 8 oz.

I'm not the biggest fan of cranberry juice [emoji30]

  7. Congrats!! I was sleeved on the 13th of April. I was just like you. There was some days I felt so weak from not being able to get enough calories in. But don't worry it will get better. I hated my Vitamins as well but I am now finally able to stomach them. My dr told me at 2 week follow up that I wasn't suppose to start them until after my 2 week follow up. I see why now. Lol

If you're tired of Water try some zero Vitamin water. My personal favorite is the orange flavor. I love it even more when it's cold. I'm able to drink cold stuff now. It doesn't bother me like it did 1 week ago.

Good luck at your follow up tomorrow. We didn't do purée. My dr goes straight to soft foods at 2 week follow up. My issue right now is making sure I moisten my food with dressing or sour cream to help it go down easier.

Happy for you!! Glad you're doing ok. It will get better. Much love!!

Gonna head to the supermarket in a bit to look for zero vitamin water and some other sugar free drink options. I haven't had an issue with cold drinks which I'm so happy about because I've always loved my drinks ice cold! I'm just hoping to kick this seltzer water craving [emoji30][emoji24]

  8. Hey guys! Just updating, officially one week post op today! Been doing okay with getting in my liquids, been able to get only get in 20oz although i am sickkkk and tired of Water and crystal light. Been only able to get in about 4 ounces of Premier Protein in per day. I am craving seltzer water SOOOO BAD! It was my favorite thing to drink before surgery I miss it so much, I even dreamt about it last night [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

I have been struggling to drink my Vitamins. I gag so bad when it's time to take them. I have my first pre op apt tomorrow and will be moving into puréed foods.

What sugar free drinks are you guys drinking? And what are some ideas for puréed foods?!

    Hope everyone's coming along!
And good luck to everyone waiting for their big day.
