  2. I wouldn't!! Scrambled eggs they tell you to stay away from as they are hard to digest, if you think you are ready for soft foods and you want eggs do poached first and they try fried, best of luck. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App
  3. My lovely wife bought me a all singing and dancing pressure cooker for Christmas, today was its first test. I am very pleased to say at last I have found a way to cook my meals and ensuring that they are soft enough for my new stomach to contend with, I have a very slight feeling of being full and a little gas, but no nausea no nothing, oh happy days. I can highly recommend that you get one of these. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App

  9. Well I have never cooked so much food and eaten so little. I cannot wait to be able to eat at least 6oz, currently I am still only able to eat 3oz tops. No beer, no wine not even a cider has passed my lips, it's been the dryest in years except when I was pulled to do stag duty all those years ago. Happy Christmas everyone. 15. I suffered the same, if you cannot keep anything down you must contact your doctor or go to the ER, dehydration is dangerous. They gave me three types of antisickness to stop me vomiting, they also gave me a gastroscopy last evening which confirmed that I had swelling of the stomach lining caused by acid(gastritis) and a hiatus hernia. The swelling of the stomach lining also causes nausea and vomiting, so now I pray I can move forward and start to enjoy my new me. Good luck and please call your doctor. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App Forgot my surgery was 7th November 2016, so not long in front of you. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App
  16. Morning everyone, Last evening I had the results of the gastroscopy that I had yesterday, well I am suffering from gastritis (swelling of the stomach lining) and I have a sliding hiatus hernia. So now we know what is causing me to have nausea all the time when I try anything more than liquid's. Ok so now they have increased my anti-acids to combat the swelling, the hernia they will leave to see if it settles down once the acid in the stomach is reduced. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. Sent from my HTC 10 using the BariatricPal App
