a stricture is just overgrown scar tissue. Sometimes it ends up blocking the entrance to the small intestine, so you have some pain when you eat and/or you have a hard time keeping food down. It's an

check with your surgeon. Could be a stricture. I had two of them. Easy fix.

Hi there. Ok 2 months out from RNY. I have followed every rule to a t. I'm down 49.5
pounds. Up until 2 days ago I would say textbook and going great. All the sudden 2-3 days ago I started having pain in my tummy. Constant contracted pain. It's a dull pain not to bad unless I try to eat. Everything I eat bothers my tummy. I can drink milk ok and Water but that's it.
Any thoughts? My first issue I don't want to over react. Thought someone here could maybe help.
