Perhaps some Tomato Soup if that is allowed per your doctor recommended diet? Some of those are low in calories, but I don't know about sugar/carbs/fat. Definitely check with your nutritionist. I'm sure they hear that question a lot. Sent From BariatricPal App

My surgery is set for November 29, 2016.
I am new to this site. I had my pre op meeting with my surgeon today. Getting a little nervous. Never had any kind of surgery before.
