I am 4 weeks post op.
I lost 21 pounds in the first two weeks and lost 3 pounds in the next two weeks. I did switch to mostly regular food ( one shake and two Protein meals) and I think that might be it. They say if you want to get out of the stall switch back to Protein Shakes for a few days.

I feel very tired suddenly after I eat.
Don't forget we had major surgery.

If I'm not paying attention to what my body is saying and eat too much or too fast I WILL feel a huge pressure and a stuck feeling and the food ends up coming out.
Make sure to eat slowly and listen to your body..

Thank you every one!

I had my surgery 2 weeks ago. I had some discomfort in my shoulders in the hospital from the gas but that's it.
MEANWHILE, I have lost 21 pounds (first weigh in was this morning) since surgery and NOTHING is as painful as weighing 265 lbs (now 244).
Lose the group they are not a positive in yourl ife.

I had panic attacks that became so bad I couldn't drive, go to parties, restaurants, supermarkets etc.
I have not taken medication for anxiety for years. I just acknowledge it when it happens and keep it moving. Once I focus on something else it dissipates.

You had a panic attack- When it hits don't freak out- that makes it worse. Number 1- you aren't going to die- Number 2-you aren't going crazy- Number 3-when the symptons hit acknowledge the panic attack, tell yourself you are going to be ok and go back to doing what you are doing. If you don't panic over the panic attack it GOES away. Never stop driving or going out for fear of having a panic attack! It's just uncomfortable FEELINGS.

I'd want to eat if I had surgery a month ago and didn't lose weight.
My first weigh in is on Wednesday and if I haven't lost weight I'll be crushed.

I had my surgery on Dec. 19- In the past 2 days I have been unable to sleep, feel the Adrenalin running through my system, chewing my nails, feeling hyper, anxious--NOT depressed. I am excited about my surgery and potential weight loss.
Could this be because I have had a few cups of regular coffee and tea instead of Decaf? Has anyone else had this problem????

I had my sleeve a week ago and can drink well after the first few days. The blessing is I am not hungry.

The same thing happened to my niece! Her husband moved all his stuff out when she wasn't home THEN called her and told her he wasn't happy and was leaving! She was devastated! A few years later she fell in love with a much nicer guy, got married and now has a beautiful little boy. Losing that first jerk was the best thing that happened to her in retrospect.
Did my surgery on Dec 28 2016

I'm so sorry Tata,
Hang in there, in the end things will straighten out.
