Well i feel exactly as you do. I am 5 days into this ordeal,and still feel this awful discomfort in my shoulders as well as upper back. I can drive do laundry and lite chores and have been since day 3,But this shoulder thing is a real bummer.Thank you for the advice about milk of mag. I'll try it.Best remedy for shoulder pain, walking and massage.
