Same here. Will be a year ou on 11/14. Been at same weight for 2 months. Can't get below 200, started at 312. Carbs always 30-40grams, protein 100grams, calories 1000-1250. No sugar. What gives?

As of today, I'm halfway to goal! 70 pounds down, 70 more to go... And I'm just under 10 pounds away from hitting onederland! I'm 3.5 months out from surgery today and I have to say that even though the weight loss seems slow at times, I'm very happy to be where I am right now.

Down another 3lbs since Thursday, the preceeding stall was a killer. So excited for progress!
