I was sleeved on Dec 27 came home on 29 still nauseous can't keep anything down. went to er arriving puking i a bucket left pucking in bucket no help.csn keep any thing down???any suggestions help??

I didn't understand head hunger. But now that I've been on clear liquid for 7 days I think I'm understanding it now.. your not really hungry but you know that you should be because you haven't had any real food in days.. surgery in a few hours and I can't wait...

I'm on day 4 . So far so good. Can't believe all I've had is Jello and broth... But I'm not starving I get hungry I do warm cup broth and feel satisfied...

You can add so many things to ur Protein shakes like Peanut Butter,sugar free puddings(just like a table spoon) blueberries,bananas go to Pinterest for great ideas.

Well did you pass your nicotine test? Have you had your surgery??so im scheduled for surgery oct 17th. i quit smoking with chantix about a year and a half ago but in the recent 2 months ive been thru some really rough stuff and started smoking again. im finding it extremely hard to stop again and i have my pre op appt on wednesday! does anyone know if ill be denied if i stop smoking only 3 days before my pre op appt??? my dr never said anything about not smoking and in none of the literature i have says you cant smoke but when i come on this forum i see people talking about it. im scared ive ruined my chances

What a great idea..I started yesterday its tough! I will have surgery on 12/19 also. Today I tried to have something every 2 hours (coffee, shake, chicken broth, sugar free Jello, sugar free popsicles, hot tea) and drinking Water in between to feel full.
