So im almost two weeks out and on the pureé stage and not really sure what i can puree the surgeon gave me a list but some of the stuff i dont like or eat... anybody out tell their experience with puree foods like what did you eat during this stage im having a hard time with different things like when swallowing it is killing me.   2. Hi. I loved my purée stage. I love to cook so I made chicken cutlets, red Beans seasoned well with garlic and blended it in chicken stock. I mostly this that since it tasted great.   3. Hi i have moved on to the pureed stage anyone give me any ideas of pureed foods you may have had. Hi i was sleeved 11/14 my starting weight was 227 weight prior to surgery was 208 and 1 week follow up after surger i weighed in at 193... it is a good decision to start a healthier you... i was a lil scared at first as well but couldnt be any happier with the decision ive made... the only thing after surgery is gas pain its really uncomfortable but just make sure you walk walk walk and tou will be good. I have the nexplanon in myself I love it for two yrs love and it is working the menstrual period tho it's a bit off some days it will come for a couple days light then next it will come really heavy for bout 2 weeks... it varies me personally I like it I had an iud previous and the doc put it in wrong and it slipped and had to get it removed. I had surgery the same day and it's the same here I have back pain as well I mean I've had back pains for years that would come and go but this back I've been experiencing since surgery can get bad worst on my right side... as for foods I'm not really sure I see my doctor this week hopefully to move up to puree's I've noticed ed that when I eat Jello it hurts when swallowing I'm still experiencing some of the gas pain as well very uncomfortable at times in my chest... it will get better for us...   22. I try to smash it up as much as I can before swallowing it but will try keeping get it a Lil more liquidity before swallowing. As for the shakes yes that exactly what's causing the pain after making it in the blender the bubbles that accumulate at the top is what I'm typically drinking first of course with small sips. Quick question for the liquid diet...I eat Jello and somewhat painful when swallowing... drink my shake and the bubbles that form at the top hurts as well when swallowing am I doing something wrong like is this normal??? Sleeved 11/14 my third day out and to be honest I feel amazing besides the little gas pain I've been experiencing in my back and upper chest I'm just now able to drink the Protein shake and I've been moving around great no pain in surgery sites at all. The only thing I really struggled with right after surgeries was the different nausea medicine they tried to give me I threw up and even the nausea medication they prescribed me I threw I have learned to just suck it up and I'm getting threw it just fine walking around and back rubs lol help moving it around till it eventually comes out.
