Drink plenty of Water with it! Now that's what was suggested to me by my Nut... and no I haven't started yet but I'll have to remind my self too.

My last appointment is 1/11 after approval I'll get a date their saying possibly early February.

I wish I could but I'm already booked with family and friends in August we're leaving from New York. But thanks that's a neat idea.

Don't mind me I'm just waiting for my date : ( I was told January 25th but they had to reschedule one of my appointments to 1/11 so now they said the beginning of February.

I wish I had that as a option I would go with the single incision : ) I haven't done any research on it tho my doctor is very good but she said she doesn't do single incisions now I wonder why?
