I just started early changing things gradually. Like no soda, more water and no fried foods then try walking more or dancing I do Zumba. You'll be shocked what little changes you can make to get great results. Oh ask you nutritionist for a diet plan : )

Okay so I called the insurance company this morning you know out of curiosity and they told me that they haven't received my paper work yet... SO I was a little bummed and went to lunch and got a slice of Chicken and Broccoli pizza. Well when I returned my cell phone was ringing I looked at the number and thought hmmm I don't want to talk to a teller marketer but my little angel on my shoulder said answer the phone Mia : ) And guess what! Yelp it was the insurance company!!! They said that they have approved everything and I have until the 2/02/2017 to have the procedure done or I'll need to resubmit!!! Should I call the Dr. Office??? I will need to start my liquid diet tomorrow!!!! Thank God I ate the pizza today : )
