Yes, I don't post anything on my fb about my weight loss journey and I have a separate instagram because what I choose to do is my business and I feel when you put private things about yourself out on social media you open the door for comments. So if you don't want to go through the extra stuff just don't share.... I only share with others who have or about to have wls.

I have the same concerns the only ppl that know this is happening are the ppl I speak to personally. I still have to have my absence noticed signed by my supervisor and I'm not telling her what it's for either. But when I return I'm sure they'll notice me coming down. Okay now that you put it that way..... lol I guess I won't complain about my pre op at least I can eat a lean piece of meat for dinner and some veggies, I gues the best is yet to come.

Thanks everyone! I have everything here I had to walk away from my desk, take a Water out the fridge and regroup I have 2 Protein drinks, 1 small pieces of fruit and chicken broth for lunch. It's 11:50 I can do this : )

This a outstanding group and depending on your insurance your surgery could be sooner rather than later it only took me 4 months only because of my work schedule and my two kids : ) I have NJ BCBS no 6 month diet and only 3 classes when ever you choose to take them I did 2 classes in one day then I had to do a 2 hour group class. It took the insurance a week to approve and I got my surgery date that same day : )

It depends on the insurance and surgeons schedule. I seen the dr. in the beginning of November and my surgery date is Feb 8th. I could have done it sooner but I couldn't miss work to do all the appointments and 3 classes.
