    My BMI is just over 31 and I'm to be sleeved dec 5th. I have to do 2 weeks off Optifast before hand to shrink my liver. So it's 3 shakes and unlimited vegetables ( restricted to the non starch kind).... per day ...not looking forward to it lol Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
