I do OK at meals but forget when I am preparing food. Swallowed a hunk of not well chewed raw carrot yesterday. That should keep my careful for a while.

We all have eating disorders.
Getting an insight like this, as painful as it was, is a positive thing in the long run.

the only th i Nguyen worse that how premiere shakes smell is how t hey taste. Comparing them to road kill is an insult to dead animals everywhere.

You can wean him or add calories t o your diet. Ask the NUT. You won't be able to pick him up opts op but at that age he can settle himself. My large suture line was sore until I started wearing a binder, the small ones were barely noticeable after the 2nd day. I don't think that a wiggling toddler hitting or bumping your abdomen can do much damage but I would make sure he isn't wearing shoes.

Reduction in food costs but increase in clothing, hair and makeup costs and possibly plastic surgery... celebration trip to Europe...I don't think I can make a case for ever breaking $ even.

You can wear them right after surgery. Mine helped with the incision pain. I prefer shaper leggings and tank tops with built in underwire bra. Easier to take off to pee. I got a spanks arm slimmer. It was $20.00 bucks and works great but it is sheer and I don't think it will last long.
I look a size smaller and lots more toned in shape ware.

They are a treat. The "net carbs" crap in nonsense and will stall weight loss. Maybe best avoided till maintenance. Lots of people get diarrhea from alcohol sugar.

My husband, who is normal weight and fit but can eat anything but he was really sad about losing his eating buddy. People here often say that their overweight partners have a very hard time with this

I've been married for 42 years and my husband and I have a "don't ask don't tell" philosophy about my weight but I've lost so much weight so quickly that I want him to be more enthusiastic.

It's our last day visiting the happiest place on earth... and I have walked almost 38 miles in the past 5 days!!!!! One day, I think it was Thursday, we did magic morning so got in an hour early and stayed till midnight, I actually walked 9 + miles. I also swam laps for 30 mins every morning at the hotel pool, but I already did that at home.
The scale better reflect this when I do my weekly weight on Tuesday!
. This was lunch today... I got it at a hotdog stand so (for some crazy reason) I assumed it would include a HOTDOG. Roasted portabella mushrooms, onions, red peppers and cheese... tossed the bread and fries. It was tasty but not $10.00 tasty. First meal I've had that was not Protein based. Will have to have a shake later.
Two Things that happened on this trip:
I didn't need a seat belt extender.
I rode the bobsled for the first time in over a decade because I can get up from a sitting position from the floor without help.

OFF TOPIC:I am posting from m Disneyland we are flyer no home tonight. I've walked almost 38 miles in the past five days. The scale better show that on my weekly weigh in!

You can't stretch a sleeve. If you add 1/2 scoop of unflavored Protein to your cottage cheese and yogurt you will increase the Protein to almost 20 grams per 4oz,

In a way your real journey is just starting. Keep a food log that adds up your calories and carbs and keep track of your weight. If you see you are gaining don't wait till you are up 20-30 pounds before doing something about it.

I don't use much non sugar sweetener and we use only butter or olive oil.
I find the ideal of substituting real food for lower calorie substitutes suspect since nice Americans use so many low fat and sugar free products yet we have been growing steadily fatter year after year.

Adding all those random numbers up and getting a total isn't a "statistic ".
I am 64 years old and about 7 weeks post op and have lost about 25 pounds. I do have GURD but despite that the only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. I am pain free for the first time in 12 years and have been completely off narcotic pain meds for a month now for the first time in 10 years.
You dad means well but the is reacting from fear. In the end only you can decide.

Thank you for that very instructional post, not sure why you thought you had to school me on carbonation. I'm just looking to encourage and be encouraged not be drilled down like you did.
Thanks anyways. Have a nice one.

This post will be around for a little no time. Someone might do a search next year and read it. You gave out false information that others might read and believe. Your put out because someone took the time and effort to correct.?

Not a little big... that shirt is huge on you! I grabbed a sweater on the way out the door to take to Disneyland I couldn't button it last time I wore it and now I'm swimming in it... if you love be the shirt take a sewing class and make something out of the fabric.
