Okay so a lot of people are having trouble joining and i don't know why for some its super easy others can't find it and some it says required password i think some of you may possibly be going to the wrong thing? i believe it is easier to join on a desk top then thru phone, go to the main home page in the search bar search December 2016 sleevers then on the right hand side you need to click group make sure you aren't under the forums tab and it will be the only thing there

I started a group called "December 2016 sleevers" some are able to join with no issue but majority it is telling them that they can't and that they need a password! I made the group open and available to anyone can someone tell me why it's doing that? This was my first group and I'm only on this site for about a week and a half so I'm still learning did I do something wrong that it's asking some people for a password and some can just join? Yes it did!!!! Even the people who told me it wouldn't let them join still says pending by their name so maybe they all were doing it wrong? lol, but lets get this group out there so we all have each other we have 15 days till its our month!!!!

I would love for you to join! Could you do me a favor? go to groups and search December 2016 sleevers and then click join? ive sent invited to literally 50 people lol and some are saying it says they can't join so I wanna see if it lets you without the invite and then could you let me know please?

That is so great! I sent you all invites to the group if you would like to join, so many people have told me they wanted to join but every time I go to the group it still says I'm the only member lol and some one told me when they accept the invite it told them they couldn't join so if anyone accepts it and it doesn't work could you please let me know, idk why it wouldn't let the other person join i sent them an invite and made the group open its not even invite only so anyone have any guesses on that? thanks

I made a group called "December 2016 Sleevers!" I would love for everyone who has a surgery date in December to join! lets be a great support system for each other and go on this journey to a better us with great friends. Share our success and failures along the way, cheer each other on, wether you already have support from your family and friends or from nobody at all like I've unfortunately seen from some, lets make sure we definitely have each other to lean on! btw they say you normally gain weight around the holidays, are we crazy?! haha

I was born there but live in Florida now, i've met many people on here from there so I'm sure you will soon to I also found about 50 other people with December dates that I sent invites to for the December group I told you about on your post before, so hopefully that will be a nice support system for all of us if you wanna join

It's almost our month! How is everyone feeling?! Excited, nervous, scared, etc? How's everyone feeling about doing this around the holidays? They say you gain weight around then but not us! haha are we crazy?!

My Date is December 16th! I also started a group if you search December 2016 sleevers if anyone would like to join, I need some buddies and figured that was the best way to find some! Even if your not getting the sleeve if you have a surgery in December in general i'd love for you to join, lets support each other!

No problem! I only joined on November 4th so I'm still pretty new to but its actually super easy!

Mine is December 16th and don't be scared! everything will be okay if you ever need anyone to talk to I'm here, i just started a group for December sleevers i sent you an invite if you would like to join hopefully we can find others in December and get a big support group

At first for me it was also hard but it became easier in the house when I go grocery shopping I get healthy stuff I stay clear of "the candy, chip and soda isle" whats not in the house you can't see and won't eat and i'll go reward myself with a decaf coffee from starbucks or something that I do like and am able to have i replaced my soda with crystal light lemonade and pink lemonade and all the other flavors which taste amazing! I get high Protein foods, low carbs, sugar free pudding and Jello and popsicles, things that still taste great! It makes you not miss the other stuff as much and if you are a drive thru fast food eater like me, every time I would wanna go I would stand my ground and whatever money I knew id be spending there I put to the side and set a goal of a none food related item I wanna buy and when I save enough I reward myself with my goal, it stops me from going thru the lines but also shows me how much I actually use to go thru them/want to go thru them! The amount of money I use to spend at these places is crazy to just be putting that junk in your body! you have to find something that will work for you just give it time you will figure it out and change, your body will start to not crave things just do it at your own pace, reward yourself for it with things you like and know even if you mess up here and there your still doing a great job! Most of it is head hunger and craving it goes away! The sooner you learn this before surgery the better you will be for you pre op diet and of course after surgery

So I live in Orlando FL and have annual fast passes to every theme park here, I'm a roller coaster junkie, anyone else? Also probably where I get most of my exercise walking around, haha but My question is how long after surgery before you were able to go on coasters again, also does it become different I'm like almost scared that after surgery I'm gonna become motion sickness or something like that also how do you control yourself not to wanna snack at all the places these theme parks have to eat? Any tips on this? surgery is in 1 month from today! So I'm hitting up the parks as much as I can this month!
