Question everyone! Would you all like if I personally inputed your dates into my calendar and kept track of them and then day of your surgery made a personal post about you to were everyone can write you wishes and good luck and show how much we care and so on? Instead of responding so that this post doesn't get crowded and can just be for the dates so they are easy to find, if you like that idea could you just give this post a like please? I just want to personally thank everyone who has joined this group, when I made it I never really thought people would actually join, to be honest after having it for a few hours and nobody joining I was contemplating deleting it and then you all started to respond and for that I am very grateful. I like many of you are still pretty new to this site and for days I just skimmed through everything never writing or commenting on anything and then finally I decided to just give it a shot, see what happened and now I think I'm posting to much! Haha, I'm so happy to the people I've met that I now talk to on a normal basis and whether you have support in your real life or not, you all who joined this group will always have an online support here, even if down the road you decide not to use this site as much or maybe even at all if you ever have a question or need to vent or anything at all, I hope that we will all always been here for that! At 23 years old I don't have many people in my life that I've confided to about my surgery, my family knows of course and my best friends know but its very hard to tell other people in my life especially my age cause most of them just look at you with the what the *beep* look cause they don't understand, especially when they have been skinny and look great their whole life, nor do I know anybody who has had this surgery besides my mom and that was 13 years ago so things have kinda changed haha so I really am so grateful for this and I can't wait to go on this journey together! I may have started this group but it is definitely not my group it is OUR group! So always feel free to post whatever! So thank you all, I know its going to be a great journey to a better us!

I know it has a watch my Alta does to but what I'm saying is I personally like wearing an actually watch so a actually watch plus the charge is to much for me lol

So everyone I figured out another easier way for us who normally use the app and can't get to the groups if you just go on google to the website and click full version so it pulls up the full desktop version for iPhone users if you click the button on bottom that is a square with a arrow and then click add to homescreen it will actually make a app on your phone that when you click it will automatically bring you to the full version one every time so it's just like using the normal app we all are already using except it will be the full version! go ahead join the group! as you probably already saw ive already stated you can only find the group thru a desktop version even if i send you an invite people still aren't getting it thru the app so as soon as you can get to a desktop version even if you use your phone on google and scroll down and click full site then you will be able to find it and please join! yay congrats! would love for you to join our group if you'd like!

@@ppressey24 @@Suaniya i have tried premier protein! the problem is though my doctor only wants me to have 2 "milk" servings a day and that is skim milk no other milk by the way and besides having 4 Protein shakes a day which i need i am allowed 2 light yogurts and i know Premier Protein says made with milk so thats why i bought my own to be able to mix with Water it says after mixing 2 of your protein shakes with milk you are not allowed any more milk for the rest of the day so i do need to clarify on that but that is why like i said before i went and bought ones that you personally mix so i can mix with water... this is my exact diet plan am-protien drink and 1 cup of skim milk or light yogurt mid morning- Fiber supplement noon- Protein Drink, fiber supplement afternoon-1 cup raw vegtables dinner-protein drink and fiber supplement evening-protein drink and 1 cup of skim milk or light yogurt and i need to get 100 ounces a day in which include the diet plan and then am allowed water, crystal lights, decaf coffee and tea, broth, sugar free Jello and popsicles so thats why I'm not doing premier protein shakes, this is for my pre op to shrink my liver and i know every doctor has their own kinda way but i deff wanna follow what my doctor says so if he says only 2 servings of milk thats what i gotta do! I'm not worried about protein after i know i can use premier protein and any protein probably by then but this is for the pre op so even the protein i can use is strick

I love the aria scale to! And the Fitbit charge 2 would be my favorite but I personally love wearing watches so that and a watch is to much for me so that's why I go with the Alta Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Has anyone used these? I bought this brand for my pre op diet in the flavors cinnamon swirl and mint chocolate chip, my requirements for pre op had to be a whey protein that had less than 5 carbohydrates which these both fall under those category but does anyone have personally experience with this brand, ive seen it rated 9 out of 10 everywhere but I'm curious how it taste cause i honestly hate protein shakes i don't like the grittiness which i know is bound to be in every protein powder because its the actual powder, but I'm not looking forward to this pre op diet because of that haha

December 16th

Hey everyone so a lot of us leave the dates we are having surgery under all different forums, were lets be honest we will never probably be able to find again haha, so how about we all put down our dates here so they are all in one place and we can come and check here and be able to root people on, on their surgery day, give them great pep talks days prier when they may be nervous or scared, send them good luck and wishes durning and check up on them after, etc, if we all have our dates under the same location hopefully that helps us all be able to be there for everyone and not miss anyones date!
