Glad I found this topic. I am on week three now and for the last few days haven't lost a darn thing. Was starting to worry but I guess it is so ! Time to move around a bit more and kick start my body back into losing weight !!

I'll be 7 months post op then. You keep your head up, because i came from 374lbs with high self esteem. I was very tired of just being big an tired. You should write positive things to yourself,put sticky notes everywhere,make yourself up,take yourself out
