I have the same gets worse the more I stand. I believe mine is from pressure from sagging fat pressing or putting pressure groin area the compressin the nerve. I find if I take some tissue roll it up and tuck it in the fold/groin it lifts the fat roll off the area enough that it makes numbness go away. Thats what I do, just my opinion,

Try wearing it during the day watching telly, you will get used to it . I sat on the couch and would put it on just to get used to it.

You are not doomed!!!! It is a life long journey. I had lost the same as you . But found I was going back to bad habits mainly graising throughout day. So not counting anything. I did have many health issues since March but no excuse. Right now I am back on track it is such a mental game. When my mental health is struggling such as worry I tend to go to food. So with the help of my dietician I have been maintaining and recently started back walking, so If you can log what you eat I use loose it app and map my walk app shows you your progress. Start baby steps,

I had my sleeve done on 11/7/16 pre op weight 344 ish cw 305, since the surgery I have had major major health issues. Malignant melanoma, anaphylaxis, heart attack, now diagnosed with stage 3-4 cirrhosis. I have not lost any weight for past 4 months. My anxiety is getting the best of me with each crisis. I am grazing I need to stop!! I am just overwhelmed. I never drank, I feel like I am a failure with the weightloss. I need to cope better! Any suggestions?

So Good news no spread to lymph nodes! I will have surgery March 2 with a graft or flap to fill in where they will take out the rest of the melanoma. Trying to stay focused and mindful of my eating. Yesterday I felt I was back on track and walked and made good choices. Thanks for all support!!!

Hi before I had the sleeve I had a lot of heath issues . Finally Things medically settled down and I had a healthy window to have the surgery done. In Nov I was sleeved and right now down 35 pounds walking everyday. Finally my life is getting in order I am getting healthy.
Then I see my derm and have a changing mole biopsied and it came back Malignant Melanoma, I was like F---, right when things were going better for me . I go to the surgical oncologist on Friday to find out the plan. I am trying to stay on track but find myself grazing !!! Any helpful hints would be appreciated.
