One thing I always check is the clearance area, I have had good luck finding shakes or Protein powder, just look everytime you are at the store , pharmacy online coupons and sales help. I am on a ramen noodle budget too. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

2 puffs from my inhaler, I do have difficulty with broncospasms once they take the tube out, like having an asthma attack while half asleep. But the anesthesia people are great and talk you through it give you nebs if you need it. Overall all good. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
