Hi Mrs_Mauricio , maybe I need another fill , I have the realize band and so far I have had 4 fills. I don't eat the same as a used to as far as quantity but I will take your advise about staying away from bread , that is my weakness especially italian, actually anything italian, lol. Hi Mrs. Mauricio, You look great , I was banded in march 2009 but my first fill was june 2009. I was 285 and now I am only 255 , what I wanted to know what are you eating and do you exercise? Congrats on your weight loss. Zabrina
