  12. For safety reasons I would not drive yourself home, nor will the hospital allow you to do so... you will have pain medications in you, you'll be nauseous and in pain. Please try and find someone Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  13. I suffered from mental illness my entire life and it seemed those first three weeks after surgery it was awful, depression, anxiety attacks. It's hard when food was always that coping mechanism, for me anyways. Honestly I'm almost done here with week 5 and I seem to be doing much better, I still have panic attacks but they aren't as frequent.   19. Has anyone ever tried the Isopure ready to drink stuff? It has 40g of Protein in it, and I really have a hard time with Protein shakes. It's more like a Water drink, and less like a shake.   24. So I seem to be able to drink like 16 oz of Water or tea within about 45 minutes, is that normal? I know they told me to sip, sip, sip. But I can definitely drink more then 64 oz in a day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  25. I am three weeks post opt today. I have a really hard time stomaching the Protein shakes, I've tried so many different kinds. I started eating scrambled eggs to get some protein in but it's really not enough, any suggestions? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
