  2. I am 3 months post op and lost 50 pounds, my starting weight was 200. Lost 15 pre op and 35 post op so far. The problem is I feel i could eat way more than 4oz like I used to at the begining. I could eat now maybe like 8 or 10oz and im afraid i could had streched my pouch. Im still drinking Protein milkshake for Breakfast Snacks and regular lunch and dinner with veggies salads protein and or quinoa and brown rice. Im loosing little by little but im afraid i could eat more than wat is normal. Did this ever happened to any of you?

  3. I dont know why after the transition from liquids to soft or mooshie food i only lost 3 pounds its being 3 weeks and im stuck. I dont know if i should go back to liquids to loose more weight or this is normal. The difference now is that I eat fish, ground beef, chiken, refried Beans, cheese, and before was only broth and liquids. I dont know if i should keep eating broth again, instead of Beans Soup and panera bread Soups.

    Shante try drinking in the little shot cups 1 0z of Protein little by little every 15 min 1oz thats how im drinking mines and with home made beef broth 4 oz thru out the whole day.

  5. Hi guys did any one of you experienced this before? Im on my 7th day post op and right after i drink something i feel like burping or if not i feel a painful pressure going up and stopping in the middle of my chest, it goes away and comes back. Its this normal or is there something wrong. Im so scared its something wrong!!
