If this has been asked before, I can't find it and I know this is Rant and Rave but I have a question. I'm 2?12 years out from RNY and recently regained 8 pounds so I'm correcting that. Problem is that I had a hiatal hernia which they fixed at the same time. Just started drinking my water, like I was supposed to, but it hurts and gives me heartburn. Nothing else does. Any help?

Why oh Why.....do people choose to have WLS and then insist they cannot do protein shakes. I don't know but I had the crap scared out of me by my surgeon. You choose not to do protein, plan on having a rough recovery and lack of health down the road.
