I'm a bit nervous about the same thing. Now I'm twice your age, and been heavy my whole life. As you get older, it really becomes difficult. As much as I will miss food, and I have a 5 year old who needs my attention. The weight is getting in the way, and I'm committed to get healthy for both of us.
You will do great, and when the weight comes off, you will appreciate it more.
