so after having all the liquid from my band removed back in november due to severe vomiting i had a fill today 3cc's i already feel restriction and cant wait to start losing weight again!

its been way too long, totally fell off the wagon and gained 40 lbs back over the last year but have joined a gym so hopefully i can get back on track

yeah i was really nausaus too i had pills for it which i finally stoped taking 2 days ago...omg i totally know what u mean about being hungry i DO NOT want any more of these stupid opti fast drinks or chickenbroth!!!!! im going to the doctor tommorrow HOPEFULLY he will put me on full liquids or mushies ill even go for a creamy soup i dont care i just need something different lol but good luck 16 lbs is great keep up the good work!!
