Thanks for your reply.. Mentally I'm doing better... cancelled all of my appointments and haven't really decided what I'm going to do yet. It's been a rough week.. although I need surgery, it's just not something I can put my body through right now.

As a few of you may know, I posted not long ago saying I have my pre op appointment and psychological evaluation scheduled.. unfortunately I am cancelling my appointments and not going to have surgery. Thursday night I had a miscarriage. I was 7 weeks pregnant and didn't know. I think my body has been through enough for now and surgery is just not something I want to do at this point. Not sure yet. Can't wait to just get it scheduled already lol. This is my first appointment with him and only one before surgery. My insurance required no pre op diet so things have moved along rather quickly for me. How was your pre op? Nervous about it kinda

I just got the phone call for my pre op appointment with him. Very nervous and excited. Just wondering what to expect for this appointment and any idea how long away that appointment is to actual surgery?

My insurance does not require a 6 month diet and I have some clearance appointments already taken care of.

Hi I'm new here ???? I just wanted to say that I've started my process too. Tomorrow they will schedule my pre op as I've gotten my support letter and insurance information and patient packet turned in. I'm very nervous and excited. I wanted to wish you luck on your journey and hope everything goes great
