  1. Thanks. But unfortunately I've been postponed at the last minute. The insurance verifier dropped the ball and submitted the paperwork late. Now I'm on hold with no answer until Monday on a date. Meanwhile I've taken time off from work, submitted for FMLA, and most importantly gotten myself ready psychologically. I'm beyond disappointed. I'm actually upset.

So sorry this is happening, especially at the last minute! Hoping you get an answer on Monday, and get it rescheduled quickly to allow for minimum interruption, especially with your FMLA.

    Hi Bouncy!

    Breakfast: Premier Protein shake

    Snack: sugar free Jell-O

Lunch: 1 cup of chicken broth

    Snack: sugar free Jell-O

Dinner: Premier Protein shake or 1 cup of chicken broth.< /p>

I also drink lots of Water, Crystal lite, or Power Aid Zero. I use GENEPRO Tasteless Protein Powder mixed in a 16oz. bottle of Water with some crystal lite once a day. I try to keep my Protein intake between 60-90 grams. Hope this helps.

As of today 12/3/16 I'm down 16 Lbs

This is similar to the routine I am following, except I mix the GENEPRO in with my broth at dinner time. It makes this a bit easier.

  3. I am Scheduled for surgery on December 12 and have been on the pre op diet for two days now. Im just curious to know what everyones pre op diet was? My doctor gave me a list that said 3 Protein shakes a day, ans then all of the fruit juice i can drink as long as no sugar added, all the broth i want, sugar free applesauce, pudding, and Jello, and low fat cottage cheese and greek yogurt. I just want to know if that sounds like a normal pre op diet to anyone because i thought it would be just liquids and no fruitjuice. thank you

Also scheduled for the 12th and on the same pre op diet you have.

Definitely would love to be sleeve buddies....you had good loss during your visits. I limited my loss so as not to fall below the 40 BMI as I didn't want to give the insurance company any reason to deny. I am hoping that the liquid phase will give me some good loss.
