  1. Another Dr. Angstadt patient here, and I use the Roslyn office. I had a really good experience with him and he spent time with me going through my questions. I have also left messages and the PAs have called me back with answers. I definitely second the hospital pre-surgery class as a good place to discuss questions with the nurse. The one at Mercy was very good

I have been doing good, but haven't had the time to do too much exercise as this is my busy time of year. I have hit some stalls along the way, but just focused on meeting my Protein and liquid goals. My practice starts you off eating soft foods day one and I have now been cleared to eat anything. Doctor has also taken me off of all blood pressure medication, yay!!!

  3. Thank you Gina, I officially made my first goal and that was to get under 200 pounds and I did that this week:) I set my next goal to be around 180 by the time we go to Disney in April. I am taking it slow and seems to be working out just fine.

Hope all is well with you and see everyone agin soon.

  4. I was told by my nut to add the protien powder to a little bit room temperature Water (like maybe a quarter cup) and mix until smooth and then add hot Water. Otherwise the protien will clump. I tried it with my chicken Soup and it was great.

This is the best way to go. I use a fork to mix it in.
