    I have Federal BCBS and I had no issues with getting it approved. My surgery is 20 Oct 2016. I wouldn't worry about it, they will approve you.

    My RNY is on 20 October 2016 at St. Mary Mercy in Livonia, MI. I just started the low cal part of my pre-op diet. I start the liquid phase on Monday 17 October 2016. I am a little nervous about the procedure.
