So here I am, sleeved 9/8/16 was 274 at 5'7'. Today i am 174. Size 11/12 is getting baggy. I have no eating restrictions at this point. Nothing has ever made me sick. I ate a whole sleeve of Girl Scout Cookies the other day. I do work out 3x a week, and I am very active. Still losing very slowly at this point. Hoping to lose 34lbs more. What are people losing at this point. Mine seems to go in spurts, nothing for 2weeks than 5-6 ponds fall off.

I had a yeast infection from the lose skin. Dr gave me some powder all good. Get it checked.

I make egg muffins, turkey sausage, cheese, peppers onions. Make a dozen at a time so I have breakfast all week. Otherwise some black Beans, roma Tomato, avocado and scrambled eggs.

Always cold too! I was sleeved in Sept. I live in Wisconsin so it's been cold but I am always colder than everyone else.

I eat every 3 hours. At first I tried waiting but it was just like before surgery. I knew it wasn't possible. I just eat what I am supposed to and the weight keeps coming off.

I don't know how many ounces but I am a little over 4 months and I can almost eat a whole Lean Cuisine.

I'm a little over 4 months out, have never puked. Surgery was easy. 42yrs old mother of 2. 274lbs, 268 surgery date. 190 today.

I always thought my hospital does stuff way different then what I often read here. I was eating eggs and yogurt in the hospital the morning after surgery. Puréed meat as soon as I got home. Never once vomited. Sleeved 9/8/16, 70lbs down.

Premier was good, liked the vanilla over the chocolate.

I was terrified, I'll admit I only did liquid for 4 days pre-op. Only my Protein Shakes and sugar free Jello and sugar free popcicles. It has all been textbook at 5 weeks out 34lbs down. Just do it!!!

On top of Protein Shakes I was allowed sugar free Jello and sugar free popsicles. That was it.

I was told not to plan on hitting that goal until after I was on puréed diet.

I am 5 weeks postop, I eat until full on high Protein only but the last week or so I find myself hungry in 2 hours. Any suggestions? I have started having Snacks and I know I shouldn't. Weight loss still steady. 34 pound in the 5 weeks.
