This was a question I had to and started comparing my recovery to others - which didn't help!

I stayed in the hospital for 3 nights and I am glad I did. I had a really rough second day and needed that extra night to feel comfortable. Your body will tell you what you are able to do, and it's so important to listen. If you need another night, take it. Don't push it. Feel confident that you can make it through

My nutritionist had recommended to try it since it's what they serve in the hospital that I am going to have my surgery in. They aren't too bad. You can order both large containers and sample packets from Amazon which is convenient.
