I waited bout month before smoking. Yes I get the munchies still. Really got to watch that. You can overeat quickly. Party on. Just watch out for darn munchies

I'm 3 1/2 yrs out and since surgery,i have not been hungry. I don't even think about food. That switch got turned off I think. My husband and the clock reminds me to eat.or if I had a toke or two of pot...then I eat..and good stuff. It's wierd

3 1/2 yrs out. No no for almonds. And meat is tasting like gross chewy leather. I don't have it too often.

I just noticed...you said you lost 101.8 lbs.....from 243 to 241 lbs ???????????? wouldn't that be.. 2 lbs. . I'm not used to saying my weight out of the 200's lbs either. I lost 144 lbs. congrats to youMy surgery was 12/29/15 and I have lost 101.8 pounds.

I take my Vitamins religiously and follow a fairly healthy eating plan but I have noticed the last couple of months I'm constantly freezing. Mainly when I'm inside, but I live in South Texas where temperatures are normally in the 80s and 90s. How did those who have lost large amounts of weight deal with this? Or did you even have this issue?

I'm 3 1/2 yrs out. Chewing meat makes me feel icky. I feel like I'm chewing flesh. And I see pictures of cows in my head. ..guilt.

Yeppers. Swedish Seattle rocksDr.Sung did my surgery on Dec 15th. I can't say enough good about him and his whole team! The nurses at Swedish first hill were all superb as well. I have been a nurse for 35 years and I am very hard to please
I have absolutely no complaints. I was treated with compassion and respect throughout the whole process. The first day home I was called twice to make sure I was ok. Still sore but otherwise I feel great.

I had dr. McMahon for surgery. June 2013. But he not there any moreDr. Lindquist was my dietician at Swedish Weight Loss and Dr. Ross McMahon was my first choice but he recently left. I plan to go with Dr. Brian Sung I met him in the seminar.

I have no problem wearing it except like at religious places etc. .Congrats, and I love your f*ck cancer shirt! I'm not brave enough to wear one, but cancer sucks.

I smoke herbs . My doctor told me that was not good idea. Slows in healing process. They don't like it but I still smoke just maybe 2 times a week
