Day five on liquid. It is so hard and I am hungry I made the other day and I have lost 5 pounds I hate hope after my surgery that the hunger is it so bad and I can't wait to have real food my niece who has a 15 month old baby took me to pre-register Tuesday and I got to spend time with my great-niece and remembered why I am doing all this I want to be able to enjoy her and see her children please pray for me and give me ideas about the hunger

I was on a low card diet 3month before I started. My program and lost about 20 pounds and another 7 since starting my proggrom and did not lose any last meeting the i am looking to have my sleeve in November. In am scared of gaining Water before my surge.
